The Study On The Development Goals Of Senior High School Students' Independent Personality

In person's development, individual is likely to be restricted with many facts from society. The personality is always repressed. So we must pay more attention on the independence of individual and liberate the individual from these restraints. Independent personality is the independent and healthy personality.The development of person's independent personality is the inevitable demand of the constructs of the harmonious society, which is not only the impetus of person's overall quality development but also the source of creativity from person and nation. Senior high school students are just living in a special period. The development of independent personality can not only establish a solid foundation for students'lifetime study and development but also guide their development directions. However, through our investigation, there are many problems about the development of senior high school students'independent personality. The problems are very complicated, such as negative factors from traditional Chinese culture, misunderstandings of the development view about people of Marxism, the college entrance examinations, the lag of the families and teachers educational idea.The development of person's independent personality is the ideal of many scholars. Which goals should be reached by the senior high school students?There is few studies on this question. It is also the primary problem and work in my study.So, firstly,we must find thinking basis which can construct the development goals of senior high school students'independent personality. These include the development view about person's independent personality of Marxism, the philosophy of Western education, freedom personality from traditional Chinese culture, independent personality in the process of Chinese modernization.We will construct these goals through analysing and integrate these theories.The development goals of senior high school students'independent personality are the goals that senior high school students should have guiding by the ideal of development of independent personality. Firstly, senior high school students should develop self-consciousness. Secondly, they should try their best to have harmonious development integrating the true, the good and the beautiful guiding by the beautiful. Thirdly, they should develop critical spirits and transcendental awareness. Fourthly, they should try their best to have the abilities how to realize life, how to choose life, develop their sense of responsibility and ability to execute.In order to develop senior high school students'independent personality, we must change the educational system. Firstly, the ideal of education should be changed into development of students'independent personality clearly and definitely. Secondly, relations between students and teachers, home-school cooperation method and integration way of various kinds of educational resources inside and outside school should be changed to fit development of students'independent personality. Thirdly, learning content should be changed to fit students'demand and interest. Students should choose some learning content which they need. And we also regulate difficulty and quantity of learning content.Fourthly, we should improve students'abilites of independent study,cooperative learning and inquiry learning. Fifthly, students should become subjects in evaluation and develop their abilities of self-evaluation.
