Research On Management System Of University Students Cultural Quality Education

It has been fourteen years that China formally proposed college students' cultural quality education in 1994. During the time, the culture of quality education of university students from a proposal to pilot, from the extended to the popularity has gone through four stages of development, which is different one showing different characteristics. At present, with practice in-depth, and cultural quality of the education management system is becoming more and more mature, from building the organizational structure to improving the leadership structure, from a clear division of responsibilities to each unit to developing supporting systems based on the school situation, as is gradually formed a collaboration of various sectors and concerted efforts management system.Practice has proven that cultural quality of the education management system architecture needs to adapt to the features carried out by cultural quality education in colleges and universities. At present, in the system of China's cultural quality of education and management of colleges and universities, there is still impeded exercise of power, the power structure imbalances; management single, an administrative conspicuous; relevant departments responsible for unclear property rights, management efficiency in a low level; management process with the lack of supervision, lack of scientific assessment and so on. To the above problems, this paper shows a detailed analysis of the domestic two different types of culture better quality education management systems. Through the analysis and comparison of Huazhong University of Science and Guangzhou University City, National University Students Cultural Quality Education Base of the organizational structure, power distribution and operational methods, show that cultural quality of educational administration in Huazhong University of Science reflects the significant characteristics of the separation of powers and checks and balances. Huazhong University of Science adopts varied management modes for the cultural quality of education for the management, establishing the teaching management and cultural quality education system which can carry out the operation together. Guangzhou University City with so many colleges and universities, rich resources, innovative culture and organizational structure conducing to quality education and cultural quality of resource sharing, co-ordinate joint management, branch implementation, and while maintaining the school characteristics, as is to adapt to a major university city of cultural diversity initiatives.This paper argues that cultural quality of the education management system is to demonstrate the quality of education, universities and cultural characteristics, to scientifically build cultural quality of education management system in accordance with the school situation. According to the needs of cultural quality of education, including each manager's style of leadership, innovation and the organizational structure of University Students Cultural Quality Education, absorbing the academic sectors to participate in the management of University Students Cultural Quality Education, to propose the specific ideas about the reforms of the college students' cultural quality education management system. In view of the status quo and existing problems in the cultural quality of the education management system, only should we innovate cultural operating mechanism of quality education, strengthen the construction of cultural quality education, cultural quality of education will be developed effectively. Therefore, the study is mainly based from the security mechanism, coordination mechanisms, evaluation mechanisms, we can propose the operating mechanism in the cultural quality of the education management system.
