The Reaserch Based On Present Situation Of Cultivation Of Middle-school Volleyball Reserves And Countermeasures In Jilin

Competitive sports are a country's core competitiveness of PE and the back-up training are the foundation for the development of competitive sports. Volleyball as a collective project, and its back-up personnel training problem is one of the outstanding questions for China's sports undertaking sustainable development.Volleyball sports in Jilin Province lags behind other area.The number of reserve forces is deficiency. No professional volleyball team, but the volleyball at the school carry out better. In order to know the status of volleyball talent reserve in our province and propose a solution for reserve volleyball talents in school,the author has made studies on this topic. The study is of great significance. The results to look forward to play an active role on sustainable development strategies of cultivate talented people for volleyball reserve in Jilin province as well as the national. The author conduct in-depth and detailed investigation on volleyball reserve status of the development of qualified personnel in middle school of Jilin Province.It truely reflects the reservition of the status of cultivate volleyball personnel in schools of province, so as to give true and full data and related information of reserve Jilin volleyball talents, in order to further promote the development of volleyball in Jilin Province to provide the basis for the theory and practice.In this paper, expert interviews, questionnaires, data statistics, a comprehensive analysis of law and literature research methods are used in conjunction, investigation conducted on status of the training and related issues on school and Jilin traditional school which is emphsis volleyball sports reserve, the investigation access to effective data analysis and research, the following conclusions and corresponding responses:1. Jilin school volleyball athletic talents backup system must also exist the problem of back-up personnel training,the system is not perfect, back-up personnel management, training, selection and distribution also have a lot of deficiencies .2. Coaches in middle school in Jilin province is also lack of systematic training on volleyball athletes, coaches are also to be look forward to improve professionally, feedback information on middle school students athletes is not enough, training should be further scientific.3. The age of students athletes in their training period in Jilin Province is young, and the level of sports athletes is lower, the average height is low,too. The delivery of back-up personnel always from the Sports Institute and Department of Physical Education Sports Institute in Normal School, volleyball carried out in Jilin province is lagging behind. 4. The scientific level of materials is needed to enhance. The understanding of the importance on scientific selection is not enough; the basic conditions on scientific selection are not perfect; empirical material selection is of larger proportion.
