| Task-based approach is an important model of language teaching based on a study of second language acquisition. It emphasizes on a learner-centered nature and learning English in the process of "doing". And this In our English teaching has a very important significance. It has been the latest achievement of English education development in the west since the 1980s. This approach takes the specific tasks for drive and motivation, the completion of the tasks for the learning process, and thereby shows teaching achievements by way of reflecting the outcome of the tasks. Task-based approach model translates the basic principles of language use into meaningful classroom teaching. Based on specific purpose and language project, teachers design a variety of teaching activities; students complete language learning tasks through these language activities, and ultimately achieve the purposes of learning and mastering language. Task-based approach fully reflects the teaching concept of student-centered and attaches importance to student-oriented of cooperative learning.This article has four parts, the introduction introduced the significance of task based approach using in the junior middle school, the first part is on the summary to Task-based approach, define and theories. The second part introduced how to design and choose the task. The third part is the most important, it is on the experiment process,in response to the problems.The fourth part is to experiment's summary,analysis experiment's achievement through questionnaire and data. The students study English in the real language environment through Task-based approach, teaching theoretical basis,concepts,characteristics,basic concepts,strategies,with the catual secondary school English teaching ,detailed the reserch of the task-based approach in junior high school ,It will be some guidance for English teachers. |
