Advanced Education Investment Scale And Effect Of Hebei Province

The purpose of this paper is to study how to improve the efficiency of wing the educational investment to make the 1imited education investment yield well. So this research bases on the principle that integrate qualitative research with quantitative research and studies from the microcosmic the influence of the sale of our province's higher schools to the educational the investment on the basis of analyzing from macroscopic the efficiency of using the higher educational investment of our Province and situation s of higher educational sale's development. It also finds the better scale that fits into the higher school of our province on the basis of the constructive analyze of built mathematical pattern. In the end, it provides some reference suggestions to the development strategy of higher education of our province. There are three parts of this paper.Firstly, this paper reviews the relevant factors and theory of the higher education's investment and investment scale of economies of scale. Basis on this, we analyzed the factors of the investment scale and why the colloges have a scale. Based on this, we analyzed the utilization rates of return on investment and the scale of the development of higher education Hebei Province from the view of the past five years.Secondly, we analyzed factors of the 10 key university related to investment scale using DEA. We analyzed it from the perspective of both inputs and outputs. Then, we got the effectiveness of investment scale of the universities and analyzed the reasons. Based on this, a new decision-making unit was building.Finally, based on the theory and empirical, we summarized research the colloge's general investment policy from the perspective of both the government and colleges. Then we put forward specific proposals aim at various colleges in Hebei Province and the government from the ideas of how to improve investment efficiency, how to control the scale of the development of institutions of higher learning, how to improve the investment system and so on to make recommendations to the universities and the government.
