The Design Of Network Teaching Resources About "After-occupational Specialty Development Of Teachers"

With the development of society, the role of the education in the countries' development becomes more and more important . Therefore teachers' professionalization and professional development of teachers have drawn greater attention.At present, Teacher professional development training in general has problems as follows: the guiding ideology behind, the goal-oriented to upgrade their qualifications, contents focus on subject knowledge, hollow theory about education and Psychology, etc. Although it can promote the professional development of teachers to some extent, the result must be unsatisfactory. With the rapid development of the internet, the flexibility, interoperability of the online learning challenge the professional development of teachers. But there is something obstacles the teachers' learning. The main barriers are suspicious quality of online recourses, the inadequacy of online recourses, and the unscientific management of the online resources.This thesis tries to solve the problems mentioned above through designing the "After-occupational Specialty Development of Teachers" network teaching resources system. In order to summarize previous experience, the author analysis the past research and existing teachers' education network platform through literature analysis. This thesis tries to obtain theoretical support and inspiration from adult learning theory, constructivist theory, knowledge management theory, post-modern perspective on curriculum and instructional design theory. This thesis analysis how to teach "After-occupational Specialty Development of Teachers", discusses how to combine the characteristics of the professional development of teachers to exploring the network resources and explains those points in the design of the platform should pay attention to. Then try to describe how to design the network teaching resources platform based on the theories mentioned above. This platform will be in line with modern teaching ideas and modern concept of resources. The author expound and design the "After-occupational Specialty Development of Teachers" platform of network teaching resources from the angles of resource library, network teaching platform and network management platform for teaching. At last, accomplishes this platform with ASP, SQL Sever2000 and Dreamweaver.Because of the constraints of time and capacity, this thesis remains many inadequacies to be further improved in the future.
