Personal knowledge management is a bran-new idea and method of knowledge management, it can turn diversified data of personal possession and informations of easy acquiring into more valuable knowledge, and finally it is of benefit to personal learning,working and living. At present, personal knowledge management applies widely to enterprise,university,high school,government departments etc. Through managing personal knowledge, the people cultivate good learning habits, heighten their own information accomplishment, ameliorate their own knowledge structure, improve their own learning competence and competitive power, and establish favorable foundation to achieve personal value and personal Sustainable development. The idea of personal knowledge management is accepted,absorbed and utilized by more and more people.I regard physics learning of students in senior high school as the breakthrough of research, actively lead into advanced learning idea of personal knowledge management, and organically communicate personal knowledge management with physics learning of students in senior high school. By means of this research, I try to transform learning method of students in senior high school, change the actuality that it is difficult to study physics in senior high school, and improve the efficiency of their learning.The body of this thesis consists of five chapters:Chapter I expounds the background on selecting theme and significance,the purpose of selecting theme and research actuality of this thesis, at the same time, it points out research method which is used in the thesis.Chapter II summarizes personal knowledge management particularly, and it introduces the theory and the value of personal knowledge management.Chapter III recites the relations between the theory of modern education and personal knowledge management, and it refers to two relations mostly. One is the relation of Constructivism and personal knowledge management, the other is the relation of Self-Regulated Learning and personal knowledge management .Chapter IV discusses the outline of physics learning of students in senior high school,and it involves the body of four parts such as: the trait of physical knowledge in senior high school, the actuality of learning physics of students in senior high school, the perplexity of learning physics of students in senior high school and the reason that it is difficult for students in senior high school to learn physics.Chapter V illuminates the application on personal knowledge management in physics learning of students in senior high school, and it respectively explains the necessity of executing personal knowledge management; the perplexity of executing personal knowledge management; the basic strategy that students in senior high school execute personal knowledge management; the learning patterns that students in senior high school set up of personal knowledge management.
