To make the country invincible under the international background of the fierce competition, and to make the next generations be responsible for the international competition, in recent decades, the countries all over the world commit to the reform of primary school's science education. Cultivating students' scientific literacy, establishing their scientific science view, understanding of nature of science correctly, and emphasizing scientific research are the trend of the international science education's development. Scientific literacy is one aspect of the philosophy of scientific research, philosophy of scientific is an important basis of science curriculum teaching theory, philosophy of science has the reflect functional in science education, science views influence teachers' teaching behaviors, therefore, it is necessary to investigate the science curriculum teaching of primary school from the perspectives of philosophy of scientific.The traditional science curriculum teaching put too much attention on the scientific knowledge teaching, over emphasized the conclusion but not process, notice "reading science" but ignore "doing science". The root of those problem is the scientific view bias of traditional philosophy of scientific which representing the Logical positivism. Under the influences of Logical positivism, there are many disadvantages in the aspects of science education objectives, teaching contents, teaching methods, teachers' philosophy of scientific quality. In one hundred year's short history of the philosophy of scientific, three turns has been made, and the happening postmodern turn indicates that the scientific and cultural philosophy is its development direction. In the process of philosophy of scientific's development, science and truth, science and value, science and humanity, science and life are the themes of various genres argue, which also influence the science teaching theory. Inspired by the contemporary philosophy of scientific, the science curriculum teaching should emphasize the science teaching of "human-centered", set the science course of life, construct equal democracy of teacher and students relations, and form integration curriculum. To constructing the science curriculum teaching theory in the perspective of contemporary philosophy of scientific, three-dimensional teaching goal should be integrated, cultivating scientific quality; mixing the HPS education teaching content; mastering the science inquiry teaching from the scientific epistemology; forming diversified teaching evaluation method.Finally, in the debates of different thoughts in the post-modern philosophy of science, we should clear the relationship of scientific truth and scientific knowledge teaching, students' scientific cognition limitations and scientific method, the humanities education and scientific spirit.
