Quality education is at the core of moral education, innovative spirit and practical ability to focus on.School is the moral education of young people to carry out the main front, ideological and moral lessons are the main form. Junior high school students stage of life, values and world view of the formation of an important stage of junior high ideological and moral lessons on the role of moral education is particularly important. How to improve the ideological and moral lessons of junior high school effectiveness, so that it can complete the task of educating people, is the concern and we need to be resolved. Communication is the most basic operation of the classroom constitute a "cell", ideological and moral lessons of the classroom is only through countless species of numerous communication in an orderly manner, can lead to young students the inner world of change, growth and development as well as the spirit of moral formation .Communication theory class at home and abroad for analysis on the basis of the combination of ideological and moral lesson actual junior high school, the use of questionnaires, interviews, and other methods of investigation of Urumqi, part of the ideological and moral junior high school teachers, students and researchers on the junior high school education, ideological and moral lessons of the classroom to communicate the status of the investigation issues, The use of classroom observation on the ideological and moral lesson junior high school classroom to communicate the status quo was observed, the combination of investigation and observation, in affirming our achievements on the basis of the problem was found.The results showed that the vast majority of ideological and moral lessons for classroom teachers and students awareness of the importance of communication line, ideological and moral lessons as a result of the teachers know how to do it, in actual classroom teaching often run counter to the act, leading to classroom teaching in the existence of inefficient or ineffective communication of reality which in turn will affect the effectiveness of the ideological and moral lessons. Analysis of the reasons, in addition to our current situation and thinking of teaching moral lessons, such as the status of objective factors, I believe that the main reason is the ideological and moral teaching of subjective factors, some of the ideological and moral education of teachers teaching expertise can be understood but can not recite the use of flexible, not from the authority of the role coming out of the classroom teaching, can not give the students different types of equality of opportunity to communication, classroom teaching model is not conducive to the classroom to communicate and so on.To solve the problem, leading to a junior high school to strengthen ideological and moral lessons of the classroom communication strategy are, first, ideological and moral teachers to improve their moral quality, improve the structure of knowledge; second, ideological and moral accurate positioning classroom teacher role in promoting effective communication; third, ideological and moral teacher transfer rights, remove the tags - to the students equal opportunities to communicate; fourth, conducive to the establishment of ideological and moral lessons of the classroom teaching mode of communication.
