The student culture is a unique culture phenomenon of student group.It refers to the sum of value,behavior patterns,spoken language expression of this particular group. In essence, the student culture is a kind of school subculture system, it reflects students'unique life style,which differentiates it from the school mainstream culture. Students are in a rapidly growing and changing process, their own experience, knowledge, abilities, interests, hobbies are widely varied, the individual student's family background,economic status,community environment and so on are not exactly the same,so the student culture naturally presents diversity and richness. The student culture is different from the mainstream culture spoken by teachers and even the opposite of it. When teachers face the student culture, they should be how to treat it, as well as how to guide it, therefore,"study on the receptivity of teachers to the student culture"is taken as study topic of the thesis.The student culture is rich,and its affected area is broad. Its context and personalized characteristics require that researchers regard it generalizedly. The student culture characteristics are different in the different times, different places, different age stages, even the different schools and classes. Different individuals and student groups also have the difference,therefore,case study of qualitative research is employed in the thesis,the case chosen in the study is Q Class of S Middle School in Urumqi.Through the interview,the field observation,reading literature materials,directly participating class activities and so on ,the study collects each kind of relevant data,which is classified and analysed according to teachers'attitude and behavior tendency to students'interpersonal communication,learning life and entertainment.The research findings show that that the teachers often neglect and the deny the student culture, and even seriously misunderstand it.They can not see or recognize independent meaning and value of the student culture, and don't understand that the student time is the unique and independent stage of life. The main questions are as follows: 1. Teachers'authoritative culture reject rational existence of the student culture; 2. Teachers'utility culture reduce rich connotation of the student culture; 3.Teachers'elite culture neglects the most student culture existence. However, the teacher don't completely deny the student culture.To a certain extent, teachers accept the student culture.Being based on the case study, the thesis proposes some ponders from teachers attitude and behavior tendency to the student culture, namely First of all, the cultural dialoge is an effective strategy of changing the teachers'attitude on students,the specific performance is respecting the student culture, reshaping the authority of teachers, suspending cultural prejudices and removing discourse hegemony; Secondly, teachers guide the student culture positively, the specific performance is carrying forward independence of the student culture, implementing culture judgment education and strengthening the student curriculum adaptibility.
