The school is the center and base of "Curriculum Standard", the teacher is the main executor of "Curriculum Standard". The teachers' receptivity of "Curriculum Standard" is the key to curriculum reformation. The research on this topic had been done by domestic scholars, but it's less to take the city middle school P.E teachers as the object. Therefore, this research takes P.E teachers of 5 districts in Shenyang as the research object. It's aim to investigate P.E teachers' receptivity to implementation of the "curriculum standards", analyze the factors which infiuence the receptivity, then offer the rationalize recommendations. This research has the practical and theoretical guide for implementation of the "curriculum standards" in middle school of Shenyang.This research investigates 200 P.E teachers of 30 schools in the five districts by using questionnaires, interviews and field observation, the results shows: (1) the receptivity of P.E teachers' in middle school is higher than the neutral level, and "attitude" is better than "intention" during the implementation of the "Curriculum Standards"; (2) the factors influenced the receptivity are: the relevance of course objective, the practicality of course content, the restriction of the government and schools and the teachers themselves; (3) the five factors impacted "attitude" and "intention" have the universal and notable positive correlation, but the impact in different degrees. Only the "teachers themselves" meets the needs of the receptivity, the other factors should improve; (4) the age and gender are not relevant with the teachers' "attitude", "intention"; (5) the title and qualifications of teacher, the level of school have the close relevance with the "attitude" and "intention". And different qualifications and title of teachers have significant differences. The higher title and qualification, the more positive attitude and active behavior, School-level has no obvious influence, but the higher level of school, the less positive attitude; (6) the P.E teachers in middle school taking part in the implementation of the "curriculum standards" shows the non-normal distribution, mainly to "accept and actively participated " is 35%, "accept but not participate " is 20%, "not accept but participate" is 15%, "neither accept nor participate " is 20% and " participate seemingly " is 10%.Based on the results, this research makes the following recommendations: (1) strengthen the supervision of local administrative departments for "curriculum standards" in school, enhance the concern and support of school leaders for curriculum reformation, the school sets up the monitoring system, so as to improve the effectiveness of implementation; (2) increase the number of training for P.E teacher, improve the quality of training, strengthen theoretical study about the curriculum reformation, meet the knowledge demand on curriculum reformation and the "curriculum standards"; (3) increase policy support and funding, gradually narrow the gaps of site, equipment resources between the original key middle school and ordinary schools; (4) different School-level according to their own characteristics make the relevant curriculum aims; (5) based on the existing conditions, school should encourage teachers to create the teaching content, and under the guidance of "curriculum standards", make the teaching content more practical; (6) strengthen the implementation of the curriculum reformation, so that more teachers take part in the implementation of the "curriculum standards" and change the non-normal distribution of the RE teachers in middle school taking part in the implementation of the "curriculum standards".
