With the rapid development of China's higher education, colleges and universities in recent years, expanding the size of enrollment and competition for jobs has also become more intense. In this context, to raise awareness in schools, increasing the wishes of students, establishing a good interaction between students and colleges and universities has become increasingly urgent need. The use of enterprise management in customer relationship management (Customer Relationship Management, CRM) will enable the concept of competitive advantage to elevate the school, access to development opportunities. In this paper, the connotation of the CRM concept, management of content, and the basic characteristics of the general model is described, and the need, feasibility and relevance of the perspective of the concept of CRM application in higher education are analyzed and discussed. Then focus on analysis of the specificity of the construction of colleges and universities CRM (CCRM), including CRM and CCRM applications and compared to the construction of colleges and universities focus on CRM. College summed up the CCRM design characteristics and design principles. And on this basis, the thesis will present a set of CCRM information system planning method (CCRM-ISP). Finally, based on the methods, an example of CRM system planning in one domestic university will be provided. After the research of the methods and practices of information system planning, I hope the thesis can do a little humble for the perspective and content management of colleges and universities and provide practical reference to colleges and universities CRM construction and other industry-specific information systems planning.In total, 15figures, 6tables, and 37 references.
