There have been a great change on our traditional social construction with the reform and Opening-up and the Development of the West Regions in 21st century .and China is in the key period transition from traditional social to modern one .the social construction of Dongxiang nation is the same in character with the one of whole country, i.e.they are all in socialist society. However, the development degree of the former is not as mutual as the average level of the whole country, and some characters of initial stage socialist society is much more apparent .Although socialist system in minority national region has already established for a long time, it is still not more than mutual or integrate. The productivity level in minority national region such as Dongxiang nation town is specially dropping behind. The system of regional ethnic autonomy has already put into practice for a very long time, while there is still a wide distance to the high degree socialist democracy system.
