The reform of classroom teaching under the new situation has been the center of educational research. After three years of study and practice, I have profoundly understood the theory of inducing thinking and exploring which is created by Professor Zhang Xiongfei. It is not only a complete and scientific system, but also very easy to operate. The theory put forward the teaching ideas of "student-centered, teacher-led, training as the main line , thought as the main aim" as well as the implementation of this idea of teaching. In this theory, teachers are the students' guiders and collaborators. Teachers induct the students step-by-step while the students continue to explore the knowledge. Then they manage to solve the problem in the constant transformation of thought and inducement. The theory constitutes a perfect education process of knowledge, emotion, intention and action. Guided by the theory of inducing thinking and exploring, the pattern of behavior and cognitive,which include the "active contacts, conscious discussion, joint research, sincere cooperation and enthusiastic help, a level playing field, making bold explorations, boldly challenging, a reasonable assessment and the sharing of achievement, arouse the individual student collective sense of honor and promote their individual and social development harmoniously.Based on the analysis of Bayannaor City high school mathematics education ,the paper deeply study the practice of education reform based on" the theory of inducing thinking and exploring" in NO.1 middle school in Linhe. The full text is divided into four parts. In the first part, the writer expounds the background on the issues, purpose and significance of the study, the theoretical value and practical value of the research. In the second part, the psychology basis of " the theory of inducing thinking and exploring " is introduced. And it shows the requirement of "New Curriculum". In the third part, the writer analyses the status quo of high school mathematics education in the city of Bayannaor. The fourth part is the focus of this article. It discusses the teaching reform and the results achieved based on this theory by combining the practice with the theory. It also discusses the classroom teaching pattern which includes the "first case study, more than training, group interaction, to promote study by testing and to promote teaching by studying. In this part, the theory of inducing thinking and exploring is depend and perfected and the writer also put forward the solutions to the problems produced in the practice of the theory.
