Research For Students Practice Management In Secondary Vocational Schools

It's an integral part to students practice management for secondary vocational schools management ,It plays a vital role in talent training of secondary vocational schools .Along with the rapid development of our country's economy, There is an increasing demand for technical talents. While the new demand and challenge are brought forward to secondary vocational school management, it is also inevitable to have a profound impact on being an important part of student practice management work to secondary vocational education of school management in all aspects.At first, I want to analyze and expound the status quo and existing problems of students practice management in secondary vocational school in this paper, and to point out the necessity of Strengthen and improve students practice management in secondary vocational school.Secondly, Based on the expoundation of maslow's theory of needs, people-centred management theory, engagement theory , and theory of communication, etc, and combinewith practice of students practice management in secondary vocational schools,and explore the reform of key links of students practice management in secondary vocational schools,and strengthening the pattern and measures of students' subject status during students practice management.Thirdly, Based on interview, communication and on-the-spot investigation to the students and students workers in a number of secondary vocational schools, understand the current students management situation in secondary vocational school. Discuss how to establish the role and positioning of secondary school students management. Improve the students' management system and methods ,and adjust the work content of the student management constantly ; To strengthen the construction of student management team, especially, how to meet with all-round development of students ;Highlights of "people-oriented" concept and ascend vocational students' self management ability and the ability of participating the management and interpersonal skills with purpose, strengthen the students' subject status of vocational school students management,these are effective ways in promoting vocational school students management reform. The focus of this paper is how to improve the practice management of secondary vocational schools students , especially how to strengthen students' subject status of middle management practice.Through this paper,based on the existing problems under the new situation of student practice management,and giving out reform Suggestions and measures of secondary vocational school students management under the conditions of market economy ,so that enrich and perfect the students management practice of secondary vocational school.
