Research And Realization On The Development Of Online Course

On the basis of analyzing the status of the current online courses both home and abroad, this paper sums up the problems in the development and application of online course and puts forward design principles, resource planning and development model of online course.For design principles, this paper describes the design principles of online course mainly from five respects including overall design, structural design, content design, page design and tool design. This paper introduces the student-centered general design conception, modularized structural design, activity-centered content design, tool design with facilitatory function and so on.For resource planning, the common curriculum resources are analyzed in this paper. The difference between two kinds of online courses, textbook with CD-ROM centered and online information resources centered, are compared as well. Online course resources allocation mode which is centering on online information resources is given.A comparison of different development models of online course is carried out. A novel development mode, iterative model, is proposed.Through the case of ADVANCED PROGRAMME LANGUAGE (JAVA) in Institute of Education Network of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, we have proved the correctness of our theory.In addition, the JAVA virtual experiment system has been designed and developed. It greatly reduces the requirements of information literacy of users.
