In this paper, aimed at my study in Hohhot, Baotou, Ordos City, the visually impaired students in special education schools in the status of music education survey and found that the problems and solutions associated with a view to Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the development of special music education provide a useful strategy of support .This article is divided into five parts.
