The first generation of only child enters the period of fertility massively, symbolized a new age of only child generation formation. Shanghai is the highest proportion of only child, the most serious degree of aging of the cities in China, with the only child going into the marriage age in large-scale, the depth and breadth of its social impact will be much higher than other cities and regions.It will appear to influence the present and the next period policy fertility rate day by day. This paper in the correlation research foundation, take Minhang district in Shanghai as example,utilizing different community has different reproduction intentions to inspect relations between the reproduction intentions and the Family planning policy, and to carry on the measurement analysis judgment of the factors that affects the reproduction intentions.The full text divides to five chapters: Chapter one is the introduction, mainly elaborates the research background, the concept limits, this article research technique, the innovation and the significance and so on; Chapter two is the research theoretical basis, about the reproduction intentions and the influencing factors of the domestic and foreign, carrying on the basic theory for third and the fourth chapter of research; Chapter three for the reproduction intentions characteristic analysis of the first generation of only child in Shanghai, four dimensions which studied from the reproduction intentions have carried on the survey take Minhang district as the example; Chapter four based on the Minhang district survey results, analyzes the influencing factors of the reproduction intentions; Chapter five is the conclusion part, gives advice to the policy from the practice and the theory analysis, and proposes the research insufficiency and further studied question.This paper presents the main points are as follows:Quantitative and Qualitative Study results show the fertility features of only child: First, the ideal number of children shows an average of 1.38; Second, the only child has no clear preference to children's gender ,but in second child fertility to some extent still exist in the tendency of boys; Third, the trend of delayed marriage and fertility has been very clear that the purpose of fertility was to diversified trends.Conclusions of the factors that affects the reproduction intentions of the first generation of only child: First, sex, age, residence, education level and other characteristics have an important impact on the reproduction intentions, the two-children willingness changes with education in high and middle low "U"-shaped trend, but overall, two-children reproduction intentions is at a low level of; Second, due to the impact of the concept of fertility, birth parents will of the one-child inter-generational transmission of a certain extent, the impact of the one-child reproductive behavior; as age increases, especially the "marriage" and "education" and it actually happens, Second child of the one-child birth There is a certain increase in the number of space; Third, different features of the crowd, "the boy's preference for" concept has been watered down, but the low-income status for consideration of changes in poverty, more obvious preference for boys; Fourth, for different gender parent-child feelings experience, with the level of income increases, the will of "a boy and a girl" increases strongly.According to the current state of marriage and fertility of only child in Shanghai, the adjustment of Shanghai fertility policy should be adopted fine-tuning approach in the present, and actively explore new population planning interest-oriented mechanism.
