Teachers are very important for children to develop their personalities. They transmit values and rules to children. In Teacher-children interactions, teachers'reflection of evaluation, emotion and behavior influence the evaluations of children to themselves. Teachers are especially important for the development of personalities, for example the self-awareness and self-esteem. Accompaniers are other factors to influence the socialization of children. They influence each other through these two approaches: Firstly, children obtain the values of the world, the attitude to things and the cognition and knowledge to themselves in peer relations. Secondly, children get positive experience in comparison with peers, and they also feel good among accepted each other. We observed naturally and recorded the teachers'evaluation to children to analyze the features of the teachers'evaluation and to discuss how teachers'evaluation influence children's self-esteem. And we used peer nomination to measure the degree of the children's popularity and to discuss how the children's popularity influences their self-esteem.The conclusions were followed that:1. The number of the positive evaluation accounts for about 23% of the total number. The number of the negative evaluation account for about 77% of the total number. The number of positive evaluation is far below the number of the negative evaluation. The teachers tend to criticize boys more.2. The types of the evaluation include evaluation of individual-oriented, evaluation of results-oriented and evaluation of process-oriented. The teachers used more results-oriented evaluation accounted for about 90%. The teachers rarely used individual-oriented evaluation.3. The teachers evaluation contain"demanding discipline","studying coach","children care"and"dealing with a lawsuit". They use"demanding discipline"most commonly.4. No obvious sexual difference exists in children about six years old. But the children of class B are different obviously with the children of class A.5. Significant negative correlations were found between the teachers'negative evaluation and the children's self-esteem. And we divided the teacher's negative evaluation into two groups based on the average, and we found children's self-esteem, self-competence of the two groups was significantly different. It is suggested that too much negative evaluation reduce children's self-competence, which result in descend of self-esteem scores. There were significant negative correlations between the teachers'positive evaluation and children's sense of appearance. And no significant correlations were found between the teachers'positive evaluation and other aspects of children's self-esteem. And we divided the teacher's positive evaluation into two groups based on the average, and we found there was no difference in self-esteem between the two groups. 6. There were no significant correlations between peer relationship and children's self-esteem in the control of the negative assessment of teachers. We divided the preference into two groups based on the average, and we found no significant difference between the two groups.
