The Self-efficacy theory was put forward in 1977 by Albert Bandura. Self-efficacy is defined as: people judge the capacity of the organization and implementation when they act on their own goal to complete the established course of action .Self-efficacy theory has the following information sources: the experience of action grasp, vicarious experience, verbal persuasion, physiological and emotional state. Self-efficacy has different applications in different areas. This paper is self-efficacy theory in the field of study and application of physics. The new courses reform in high school promots students'self-study to have more right to choose, and at the same time to cultivate students life-long learning capabilities. In this context, the physical self-efficacy of learning is especially important. This article is divided into five parts:Part I: Self-efficacy TheoryPart II: The instance of learning self-efficacy at home and abroadThis part introduces the relation of learning self-efficacy and achievement on study ,as well as the measurement of learning self-efficacy and the training situation.Part III: The connotation of self-efficacy and characteristics of learning physicsThis part combines learning self-efficacy into physics, analysis of the physical learning the meaning of self-efficacy. According to self-efficacy theory, combined with the physical characteristics of subjects, analysis of physical self-efficacy study of three dimensions and sources of information.Part IV: The investigation of high school students'physical learningThis part of learning self-efficacy theory, study the preparation of physical self-efficacy questionnaire, and questionnaire analysis of high school students to learn physical self-efficacy and physical study of self-efficacy factors.Part V: The training strategy of high school students'physical learning self-efficacyThis part is on the basis of learning self-efficacy theory and the results for analysis of the questionnaire , put forward the training strategy for the high school students to learn physical self-efficacy...
