With the purpose of improving the students' scientific literacy further, culture students from three aspects (namely knowledge and skill; procedure and method; emotional attitudes and vales) to lay a solid base for their lifelong development,dealing with the challenge of modern society and the future world, the new curriculum puts forward a higher demands in senior school physics teaching. The high school physics course stimulates the students to be active in participation, diligent in thinking, happy to exploration and courageous to practice, as well as elaborates the students' the curiosity and thirst for knowledge, the interest for scientific exploration, the right attitude to maintain scientific spirits, such as adhering to the truth, seeking truth from facts and the courage in innovation. It helps to train the students' cooperation, communication and social responsibility.The traditional learning method over looks the principle conscious of people affects their behavior. It focuses merely on the process of gaining knowledge , skills and ability level, as well as the motive process of behavior occurrence and behavior response (according to the Strengthened Theory), while neglecting to transform the essential ability condition ( which is a Non-sufficient condition) in completing behavior, such as knowledge, skills, etc. into the individual's self-governing system in the realistic behavior of intermediary process. With the new curriculum as a researching background, this essay deals with the Perceived Academic Self-efficiency in physics(short for PASEP) as an important factor of self-governing system .The study of Perceived Academic Self-efficiency(short for PASE) has been in-depth overseas. The foreign scholars have already discussed the relationship between PAS and other relative theories, such as motivation, attribute, goal setting ect.. With large numbers of experiments and tests done ahead, they brought about a conclusion that PAS is an important Variate in affecting students' study, and it has a close relationship with the students' learning activities.The Chinese researchers have also done some researches on PASE and its relationship with motivation , attribute , self-monitoring ability , academic achievements etc.. They found that PASE was positively correlated with the academic achievements and it also has a very close relationship with such Variate as attribute, goal setting,interest in learning,learning and test anxiety, as well as self-regulation. It not only has a direct impact on academic achievements on one hand but effects indirectly through the variates mentioned above, thus PASE has great influences on the students'academic achievements and the development of personal achievements. Students with higher PASE frequent use the learning strategy of self-regulation, so academic self-efficacy,achievement goal orientation and the use of self-learning strategies all have great effects on academic achievements.Some researchers also made the attempt to the application of PASE to physics teaching. Their research has generally reflected the truth that the lack of study on PASEP and the students'tipycal behaviour in physics learning, that the lack of the effective measurement on researching PASEP, that the neglect of carrying out the research of PASEP combined with practical physics teaching.Based on the theory of education and Self-efficiency,the purpose of this study was to initially construct PASEP theory. With writer's teaching experience for ages,develop the research of typical physics learning belief associate with PASEP. Referring to other's reach , the Scale of PASEP of Senior School Students was made to investigate the PASEP level of senior school students with the example of DAXI senior school, and to explore the influence of factors. Based on the its results, this study was to offer proposals as handy references of physics teaching.The thesis had seven parts. The following content was the summary of each part.In the first part, the background and meaning of perceived self-efficiency and PASEP was introduced briefly. Meanwhile, the situations of the perceived self-efficiency field from home and abroad was explained.In the second part, the defined conception and theory of and PASEP related to the research were discussedIn the third part, the research plan of investigation on PASEP was explored. The brief introduction to the plan was as follows:This research was to use in questionnaire survey and interview. The Scale of PASEP of Senior School Students made by the researcher was used as an instrument in investigation. The research targets were DAXI senior school students. There were 280 students of 6 classes from the first,second,third grade. The 280 samples were received, among which there was 230 efficient ones. The effective rate of the samples was 82.1%. The SPSS13 and SPSS16 was used to run the procedures for descriptive statistics, One-way ANOVA, product-moment correlation etc.In the fourth and fifth part, based on the data analysis and results of PASEP, certain conclusions were made.In the sixth part is a case for the principle, that is, the perceived self-efficiency affects the students' physics-learning.In the seventh part, the findings listed above were discussed and several proposals were put forward for PASEP which was based on the practical study of students and teaching experience. And the future direction of further study was proposed.The Scale of PASEP of Senior School Students had good reliability and good validity.The thesis had the conclusion as followed:PASEP was influenced by the sex and entrance manner. And the grade had a remarkable difference, that correspond with other's conclusion.There is no marked qualitative difference about PASEP among the students from different grade and different class. This thesis infer:"It had positive correlation between PASEP and learning achievement of studnents",and the inference is relative.The influence's degree of PASEP is diferent remarkable among the diferent students.The influences of PASEP had a remarkable deference on diferent students.As the survey reviews, it is very necessary to increase the students' PASEP in order to improve the efficiency of physics teaching. In the course of teaching, factors influencing the students' self-efficacy should be paid much attention to so that proper measures can be taken. The results of the paper could be used as a valuable reference for other schools of the same kind. It aims to carry out educational experiments in the future to increase the students' self-efficacy in learning and to improve physics teaching at the same time.
