Research On The Current Situation And Countermesures Of Employment Value Of The Contemporary College Students

In recent years, the popular scale of higher education expands unceasingly in our country, the population of college graduates increases progressively year by year, but the situation of our country college students employment isn't actually optimistic, particularly under the current international finance crisis's influence, the situation of college graduates employment will be quite severe and the employment pressure will be much more in a given period. In the new employment situation, the severe impact of the old and new employment value of the college students and the re-orientation of values cause a lot of new situations and problems of the employment of college students. Changes in employment value of college students will play an important role to solve the difficulties of employment of college students.This paper attempts to do an empirical investigation to certain scope in college graduates. Based on the data, it analyzes the present situation of the employment value of college students, discovers the problems of the employment value of college students, and inquired into the causes, then raises the countermeasures. In order to help the contemporary college students community to get employed smoothly, and also provide some references for college's ideological and political education and value education.The paper mainly includes the following five parts:The first part defines the concepts which involve in the paper. According to the result of statistical data, the second part, through questionnaire survey and the interview to college students of 2009 session, carry on the description and the inspection, from the practice angle. The third part mainly discovers the problems of employment value of our country college students and the difference of internal cause under the current whole world financial crisis background.The fourth part discusses the reasons for producing the problems of employment value of college students. The author think that the formation and the transformation of employment value of college students are mainly influenced by four aspect factor: social, college, family and college students themselves. The fifth part separately puts forward the target-oriented countermeasures from these aspects.
