In order to improve the teaching quality, reduce the students ' burden, cultivate students' various abilities, and fully implement quality education, this paper explores chemistry situation teaching based on the student-oriented concept of the new curriculum, constructivism learning theory ,situation recognition& learning theory and previous research achievements. According to the module teaching contents of The Principal of Chemical Reaction, it focuses on the establishment and application of problems situation, experimental situation and chemistry history situation. Situation teaching combined with multimedia technology is implemented in teaching. And activity scenes are created to benefit students' thinking as well as practice and all-round development.The whole paper is divided into 5 parts which go as follows:In Chapter One, proposing the topic. The implementation of situation teaching is to meet the need of new curriculum concept and chemistry new standard, the need of the teaching contents of Optional 4, The Principal of Chemical Reaction , and also the need of cultivating talents for the subject of chemistry through the students ' interest.In Chapter Two, describing the concepts of situation, situation teaching, as well as the core contents of constructivism learning theory and situation recognition & learning theory.In Chapter Three, introducing research methods and content. The use of situation material in teaching The Principal of Chemical Reaction is analyzed and the implementation method and case is introduced as well. Through the questionnaire data is obtained . Compared with the former data , the achieved effects in situation teaching are next to be explained.In Chapter Four, the conclusion of this research.In Chapter Five, reflection and enlightenment after research.This research proves that chemistry situation teaching takes a greater role in improving the students' interest in learning, helps to understand and grasp the teaching contents of The Principal of Chemical Reaction, and at the same time improves the practice ability and innovation ability. In a way, the original teaching mode has been changed .As a result of this, it makes chemistry class active and promotes the all-round development of students .
