The Status And Countermeasures On The Development Of The Wuhan Grassroots' Amateur Sports Schools

In this study, 13 inWuhan City of grassroots amateur sports school as the main survey,using the literature data, field survey, questionnaire and mathematical statistics and so on,and the use of sports management, sports training, sports, society and other relatedtheoretical study ofWuhan City School District, the grass-roots level training in themanagement of amateur analysis of the status quo. The results showed that:Wuhan Citygrassroots amateur sports schools and improve the management system not enough; theproject is not set up to highlight the advantages and characteristics; has targeted personnelcarrier deviation decrease in the quantity and quality; coaches team structure is irrational;athlete recruitment difficult; funding sources a single, serious shortage situation; singlemode; quantity and quality of facilities can not adequately meet the training needs; relatedto leadership training for teenagers amateur not enough attention.Wuhan City in order to promote grass-roots sustainable development of amateur sportsschools and training and to find more of the outstanding talents Sports, Physical EducationDepartment should continue to deepen the administration Sports management system;optimize the layout of the project; emphasis on team-building coaches, coaches continue toimprove force structure, improve the overall quality of coaches; physical educationcombined with the breadth and depth of both hands, continuous innovation mode; broadenthe financing channels; for training at all levels of government management of the amateurpolicy support and encourage the broad participation of all sectors of society.
