Study On Talent Support For The Construction Of Economic Center At Upstream Of The Yangtze River Of Chongqing Higher Education

"Strive to construct Chongqing to be an economic center at upstream of the Yangtze River" is an overall recap about development strategic objectives of Chongqing in 2020.At present, there is still a considerable gap between the status quo and the economic center-building at upstream of the Yangtze River .These gap can be attributed to the resources of human talents .Higher education is an important way of the formation of human resources .since be a municipalities, Chongqing higher education has been optimizing and developing continuously, and it cultivated a large number of talented people for Chongqing, has been playing an important role in supporting and promoting the city's economic construction and social progress .But compare to the requisite human resources of the economic center, there is still a certain gap. In this thesis, based on the strategic intent and strategic needs of constructing an economic center at upstream of the Yangtze River, we trim on the development of Chongqing's economic-social and higher education ,analyze the gap between socio-economic status of Chongqing and be an economic center at upstream of the Yangtze River, expatiate how the higher education make economic and social progress through human resources cultivated ,discuss how to optimize the higher education of Chongqing development of to support the economic center construction by human resources culture.My thesis includes five main parts besides the introduction and the conclusions. At the beginning of the main body, I introduce the connotation, definition, function and effect of economic center at upstream of the Yangtze River, they are basic.In the third part, there is a main clue that is higher education-human resources culture-economic and social development. We analyze the effect of Chongqing higher education on local economic and social development theoretically.In the fourth part, I made a comprehensive analysis on the pre-set goals of economic center at upstream of the Yangtze River. On this basis, I made a forecast about total talents demand for the economic center, and made a further analysis of change about human resource demands in correspondence with the structural adjustment on relevant industries and in Chongqing.Part five discusses the scale, structure and quality of higher education of Chongqing first, and then made quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis on the correlation between subject structure and economic center at upstream of the Yangtze River via model.Part sixth summarizes that higher education can enhance its adaptability to human resource demand of economic center building in Chongqing. The approaches include enlarging scale, improving quality, harmonizing types and optimizing structural. I give some specific proposals for adjusting subject and specialty, and some countermeasures about specialty evaluating, optimizing curriculum setting, and harmonizing grade, culturing innovative talents and following change of demand situation.
