Research On Mechanism Design Of Cooperative Innovation Based On Non-complete Common Interest

Along with the unceasing severity of global science and technology competition, the modes of enterprises's innovation and competition have had the enormous change. The enterprises's development no longer purely depend on enterprise's internal resources, but unceasingly seek a wider development space by making use of the enterprises'external resources. The cooperative innovation's goal of enterprises are by no means completely consistent because of the enterprises'instinctual pursuit for the profit as well as the location of each innovation body in the competition to be different. Thus the cooperation bodies not only have the common benefit cognition, but unavoidably exist non-completely common interest because of unavoidably opportunistic behavior and moral hazard. Under these situations, the enterprises aim at pursue own maximal benefit by giving up cooperative benefit, result in other innovation body's benefit suffering from injury as well as the cooperative innovation overall utility dropping, the cooperative innovation organization also loses stability and the cooperative innovation's foundation is harmed, causing the cooperative innovation's interruption, even defeat.This paper has discussed the cooperative innovation operational process of non-complete common interest and the question which existed in it at first. It mainly analyzed the pattern of cooperative innovation, the choosing process of cooperative innovation partner, the income distribution of cooperative innovation as well as the question which existed in non-complete common interest cooperation innovation. And then, this paper analyzed the non-complete common interest innovation alliance how to realize the cooperative innovation and summarized this case enlightenment by analyzing Microsoft and Intel cooperative innovation. Finally, this paper constructed tentatively non-complete common interest cooperative innovation mechanism, mainly including the partner choice, the trust mechanism construction, the rewards and the punishments system design as well as the benefit compensation and the share mechanism and so on. It expected to restrain and drive cooperative innovation body by the systems, which maintain the cooperative innovation organization stability, making common interest of the cooperation innovation maximization as well as leading the innovation alliance and each cooperative innovation body to achieve Pareto. It will enrich and consummate the content of the cooperative innovation theoretically and instruct the innovation body how to carry on the cooperative innovation in the practice.
