With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, thecompetition enterprises faced is more and more fierce. The enterprises alone maketechnological innovations is difficult. So some enterprises start looking for externalpartnerships, such as enterprise network, industrial cluster, industry alliance,university-industry cooperation and so on. In these organizational form,university-industry cooperation is becoming more and more important. Becauseuniversity has a complementary resource which the other organizations lack, it canprovide learning opportunity for enterprise. While, the enterprise can acquire a lot ofknowledge, experience and skills by learning from university. Through the digestion,absorption and application of these knowledge, the enterprise can enhance thecompetitive advantage. University-enterprise cooperative innovation networkprovides a effective platform for network members to learn from each other. Learningis also a effective way for network members to acquire knowledge. Only eachnetwork member learning continuously, the innovation network can improve the levelof innovation ability. So learning has a very important significance for the successfuloperation of university-enterprise cooperation innovation network.Firstly, based on the theory of university-enterprise cooperation, innovationnetwork and organizational learning, this paper defines the concepts ofuniversity-enterprise cooperation innovation network and its learning mechanism.From the viewpoint of network node, the theory of process and learning structure,the text analyzes on the factors of learning mechanism of university-enterprisecooperation innovation network. Based on factor analysis, it separately constructs thelearning mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation innovation network from theviewpoint of network node, the theory of process and learning structure. Then thepaper constructs a framework model of the learning mechanism ofuniversity-enterprise cooperation innovation network. Secondly, from the perspectiveof network as a whole, the paper summarizes the influence factors into four classes:individual factors of network members, a class factors of network members, thecharacteristics of network knowledge factors and network organization structurefactors. It also builds the empirical model and hypothesis between the four classes factors and dependent variable. This article carries on the research design, includesthe definition and measurement of variables, data sources, statistical data analysismethod and analysis tools. Finally, the paper takes76innovative enterprises selectedrandomly in Henan Province as research object for empirical analysis. It applies SPSS19.0to the questionnaire analysis. Though descriptive statistical analysis, reliabilitytest and validity test, it carries on the regression analysis of questionnaire, includingthe regression analysis according to the classification of variables and stepwiseregression analysis.The innovation of this paper can summarize as follows:(1)It analyses the factorsof learning mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation innovation network.Based on the elements of network, node and jointing, and learning structure, itanalyzes on the factors of learning mechanism of university-enterprise cooperationinnovation network from the viewpoint of network node, the theory of process andlearning structure.(2)It constructs a framework model of the learning mechanism ofuniversity-enterprise cooperation innovation network. In the framwork, it carrys onthe four factors as a whole. These factors have a separately influence on the learningprocess of university and enterprise.(3)It carrys on the empirical study on the factorsof learning mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation innovation network.Based on the framework of the learning mechanism of university-enterprisecooperation innovation network, it constructs the conceptual model and empiricalmodel. And it carrys on the empirical study according to the survey data.From the empirical study results, we can get the following enlightenment: Allmembers in the university-enterprise cooperative innovation network must keeplearning if they want to improve their comprehensive strength. They must clear theirroles and tasks in the study, understand the learning process and focus on theinfluence factors of learning. They also must strengthen the factors that can promotelearning effect and reduce and overcome the unfavorable factors in learning. While, asthe limit of time and human, the empirical result of the paper has some limitations. Sothe paper needs further reseach.
