The Empirical Research On Graduate Education Innovation Project And Doctoral Creativity

In recent years, Graduate education innovation project, which the Chinese Ministry of Education plans to improve the quality of graduate students, is an important implementation of the policy, especially to innovate doctoral creativity. This policy has implementated in recent five years. Many graduate schools participate broadly and project type increase gradually, for example, the doctoral academic forums, postgraduate study visit in domestic, the Innovation Center graduate and postgraduate summer school.These four projects have a greater impact in china, which form the initial encouragement and support Graduate innovation a good atmosphere.This thesis is based on research perspective that four projects affect the validity of doctoral creativity, through surveying and interviewing doctoral students. Finally, the study analysis the policy text of project implementation of the Graduate education innovation. Through Four projects on the empirical research, this study can help plan the further implementation of the Graduate education innovation Policy. This research has two key points: construction of doctoral creativity evaluation system and the sample choose in graduate education innovation of the many projects.The survey found:1. Graduate education innovation projects has different focus on the impact of doctoral creativity..2. Graduate education innovation policy has no deeply aspects in Chinese doctoral education.3. Graduate education innovation projects has great gap in four projects to promote innovation gap.Part of the project management system is not perfect enough.4. Graduate education innovation projects in the declaration, approval, and inspection are lack of transparency in the evaluation process, and Graduate education innovation information delays.those cause policy influence not very high.5. Doctoral academic forum of the project is a brand; in the expansion of international fame have more room.
