| Since the 1990s,higher education in China has made great progress. Then a large number of new undergraduate colleges have mushroomed in form of merger and combination etc.At the same time,some deep-rooted contradictions have gradually revealed.Undergraduate teaching evaluation in higher education institutions is a very important opportunity for the development of new undergraduate colleges.This essay taking Changsha College as an example,analyzed some problems which emerge from new undergraduate colleges at the beginning of upgrading,introduced some measures and effectiveness of Welcoming Evaluation and Promoting Development in Changsha College,and at last put forward some thoughts about how to further welcome undergraduate teaching evaluation in Changsha College.The author of this essay wants to provide some valuable experiences for the development of new undergraduate colleges by studying the Changsha College's Welcoming Evaluation and Promoting Development.The concrete contents of this essay are as follows:This essay taking Changsha College as a case,discussed some common problems in new undergraduate colleges such as lacking the sense of undergraduate,poor conditions of basic facilities,poor qualities of teaching staff and some problems in teaching administration and curriculum offering.
