Research On Wu Shu Sanda's Status Development Strategy In Beijing College

Chinese Wushu Sanda is an important component of the Chinese Wushu. It has a unique value to college students,in line with university students in physiological and psychological characteristics of students by love.This paper to Beijing colleges for the survey,randomly selected 35 of the Beijing 1146 students,50teachers Sanda instructors,using literature data,questionnaire survey,comparative studies,statistics, expert advice and other methods of investigation,the findings are as follows:1.Conclusion1.1 Currently Wushu Sanda College in Beijing in the overall development trend is not balanced,still in the initial stage and can not meet the learning needs of students.Supporting facilities and obsolete equipment,all colleges and universities should increase the intensity of input,change leadership concepts,increase hardware infrastructure,and gradually carried out in various universities.1.2 In the survey of 35 ordinary Beijing University,the overall teacher shortage;Wushu Sanda teachers imbalanced sex ratio;A more reasonable age structure;The overall structure of academic titles,but was relatively good situation;Teacher echelon distribution more reasonable,professional and referees to be level further adjustments; research lags behind the situation,continue to be optimistic about the situation in the education and training;pending further coordination of the relevant factors in promoting Wushu Sanda Colleges.1.3 Wushu Sanda course is the main form of elective classes,mainly located in the first and second grades,students learning the curriculum evaluation higher;Teaching is relatively uniform,teaching organizational form and relatively simple means of teaching,curriculum materials relatively complete,but there is no uniform materials used. 1.4 Wushu Sanda students in a range of motives trend,a pair of Wushu Sanda higher preferences,behind basketball,football,badminton, swimming in the fifth after;Wushu Sanda students have some awareness and recognition.1.5 Students involved in extracurricular activities,Wushu Sanda content rich enough,no practice facilities,no one guiding students to become involved in extracurricular Wushu Sanda training of active factors.1.6 Beijing University Wushu Sanda competition in very poor condition, 18 Wushu Sanda creation of the institutions,only two of the annual inter-school competitions in 1-2,1-2 in two annual competitions at the school,the Wushu Sanda competitions organized in urgent need of strengthening.2.Development Strategy:2.1 Strengthening the building of the contingent of teachers,improve their Wushu Sanda teacher' s coaching capacity.2.2 Strengthening the Wushu Sanda materials science and counterpoint.2.3 Improve the Wushu Sanda' s facilities.2.4 For the attention of the leadership to improve the Wushu Sanda funding.2.5 Wushu Sanda competitions,provides students with a platform for the exchange of learning and promote the development of Wushu Sanda.2.6 Reference Taekwondo promotional development experience for the development of Wushu Sanda.
