Under the ordinary college sports curriculum educational reform background, the sports club teaching arises at the historic moment,and becomes the university sports reform of hot spot topics.The university sports club has catered to the university sports reform tendency.It takes advantageous of fully playing student's main role,and arousing the initiative of students in studies.and raising student's sports consciousness and sports ability, benefiting continuity and the extensibility of physical education, conduciving to maintain the continuity and extension of benefits,and facilitating the implementation of livelong physical education and quality education.It is the inevitable trend of development to university sports .This paper takes Beijing eleven common universities sports club teaching as the main object of study, the literature data method, questionnaire survey, quantity statistics, logic analysis collected datas on statistics, the datas are collected, analyzing the statistics of the ordinary university sports club teaching situation, summarizing Beijing normal university sports club teaching existing advantages and disadvantages, puting forward to promote the development of Beijing university sports club teaching strategies, and obtained the following conclusions:(1) course in sports clubs have the option of students in the process of teaching, by teachers of main role,and students of leading role, the teaching mode to stimulate students' interest in study and teachers' ability to innovate. But college students on carrying out the "triple independent" rights, the right to students, there are certain deprive phenomenons.(2) the physical education teachers lack knowledge structure is mainly manifested in scientific research ability, professional skills and knowledge, education psychology, etc.(3) students ability to formulate physical exercise plan is poorer, physical education teachers should strengthen the sports theory knowledge communication and in sports club teaching in the process of strengthening sports methods and means of physical education, the guidance of the cultivation of students' autonomous ability to take part in physical exercise.(4) sports club teaching should be in a dynamic state, sports teachers should constantly updating the teaching project.(5) sports teachers in teaching methods, assessment and evaluation, etc, there are some problems in these aspects and not big difference from traditional PE teaching.
