Sports events in the sports industry as a core products,are receiving more and more attention in recent years.With 08 Olympic Games in Beijing in the near future in China,in Beijing,the hosting of major international sporting events will be more and more opportunities. Therefore,the question of how to establish an efficient organizational team collaboration is particularly important.This text will study organization and management of the sports events on the Organization Behavior,with Organization Behavior as theoretical support and the Beijing International Marathon as a case.Based on documentation analysis,expert interviews and on the spot review,and through research on the organizational setup,incentive, communication and organizational culture etc.of the Beijing International Marathon,draws the following conclusions:1,it is proved that the Beijing International Marathon flatten the existing organizational structure functions is a rational design of the organizational structure of Sports events;2,at the present stage,there are still some problems of Beijing international marathon on organization and management;3,it is necessary to adopt a two-way channel of communication,and to follow the simple principle in the organization and management process;4,the incentive of members should follow three principles:first,incentive according to demands;second,Spiritual incentives,supplemented by material incentives;third,Organizational goals and individual goals combined;5,The recruitment of volunteers is based on various sports events volunteer positions on the demand for choice;Volunteer training is more attention to the training of professional knowledge;Sports events encouraging volunteers to be able to take internal incentive and the combination of external incentive;6, the organizational culture of Beijing international marathon has gradually formed,but still need to constantly improve;7,attach importance to the role of leadership in organization;8,Beijing International Marathon organization has virtual management trend.And the existing model will be improved gradually. The conclusions as follows:firstly,the organization structure of Beijing International Marathon has the general significance of the reference and guidance.Secondly,attach importance to construction of the organization.Thirdly,on the virtual organization,to ensure effective control of the Organization.And Proposal to set up corresponding supervision departments,in order to avoid the risks associated with the virtual organization.
