Study On The Management Current Of High-level Sports Teams In Universities Of Jiangxi Provinec

Since 1987,Chinese Education Department issued "on the part of college recruiting pilot informed the work of the high-level athletes",and affirmed 57 pilot universities recruiting high-level athletes, high-level sports teams in universities have become an important strategic measure for society running sports and opened up a new channel for cultivating high-level athletes in our country.As a delegating province in central China,Jiangxi province has made some achievements in the development of sports undertakings.Recently,Jiangxi province entered the period of rapid economic and social development,sports undertakings are flourishing,the Dace of the combination of Sport and Education is accelerating.In this crucial period studying the development and management of high-level sports teams in Jiangxi universities on the development and management not only has a strong practical significance,but also can provide useful reference to the reform of "the combination of Sport and Education" for the fraternal provinces.By the methods of literacy,questionnaire and expert interviews,this study explored the existing high-level sports teams in Jiangxi universities,mastered the current management model of high-level sports teams in Jiangxi universities,analyzed the problems in it and advanced the "Reading is also training" development model of high-level sports teams in Jiangxi universities according to the actual situation in Jiangxi Province,advocating scientific cooperation among government,civic organizations and universities,attracting and recruiting excellent high-level athletes by various channels and better conditions,introducing and training the contingent of coaches, establishing and improving rules and regulations,perfecting the evaluation system,actively pursuing inter-departmental co-operations and exchanges,playing the effects of large scale,developing and improving the management model according local conditions.By advancing these measures this study can provide a theoretical basis and methodology guidance for the development of sports in Jiangxi and cultivating of the outstanding sports talents.
