The notability education scholar Leiberman(1995) indicate that the self-development is a indispensably proportion of the teacher's constant life,To the teachers,the self-development mostly in the person of process and demand with profession development.Refer to literature shows that the definition of teacher's profession development is the process of pedagogue education for life at present.The female PE teacher is a indispensably force whom in the education profession of college.They are special colony due to the characteristic of PE teach and fair sex.So the female PE teacher should understood the profession's characteristic and merit incarnate exactly,and what they advancing their colligate diathesis is the important precondition to accomplish profession part.All the reasons request that the female PE teacher should recognition highness self-development of profession,and make the best of gender characteristic,get over restrict factor,at the last accelerate self-development.This paper shows that the female PE teacher's profession development actuality of Hunan province.And analysis restricts factor and profession advantage of profession development.The author hope that the paper could exerted the female PE teacher's profession merit,improve he female PE teacher's profession status.The paper's study object is the female PE teacher of Hunan Province College.Spot check thirteen college from each area of Hunan province college,the investigate object include that 135 female PE teacher of incumbency commonality PE curriculum.For the sake of realize the correlation content of the female PE teacher of Hunan Province College.The study means include literature,investigate,questionnaire,statistics etc.The main conclusions as follows:(1) The female PE teacher's master diploma proportion is 20.7%in the thirteen academy, the proportion is under the standard of academy master degree demand,the middle and young age proportion is bigger,the title of a technical post makeup proportion of the high middle low level is 1:5:6.1:7.1,It is less than the nation regulated 1:3:4:2,the high proportion is less, and the middle low proportion is more.(2) The female PE teacher has a high teaching effect, but they has less teaching communion,the degree of scientific research is lower,the capacity of hours a week is more,all these is a baffle to their profession development.(3) The mostly aim what the female PE teacher attend sequel education is to improve diploma and research ability, the ideal format of the sequel education is integrate with incumbency and released.(4) The female PE teacher has a lowly consistent certificate with the restrict factor of body physiology,they consider that there has less conflict with body physiology and profession development.(5) The female PE teacher's specialty is not satisfy with the need of the age,the low income is a mostly restrict factor to their profession development.(6) The mass female PE teacher is belonging to "good wife" type,they attach most important to their family;the tradition value concept has restricted their profession development.(7) What the actuality that the low condition with female PE teacher has influenced their profession attitude,restricted their profession development.(8) The female PE teacher possess intellect personality mind and gender advantage,all the advantage has increased their profession opportunity of compete and select; build up their profession confidence and purpose,promoted their profession development greatly.
