Research On Risk Management Of Domestic College Stadiums And Gymnasiums

As the development of our sports industry,and the growing of market economy system,people paid more attention to the stadiums' and gymnasiums' management and utilization.Among them,people proposed higher request to professional management and operation.According to the nature and characteristics of the college stadiums, and based on deepen analysis of the research object,this study implemented the risk management theory into practice,and made the initial practice of risk management in college stadiums through the processes of risk identification,risk evaluation,and risk management. The methods used in this study included literature review and comparison, experts interview,and actually investigation.This study made simple analysis of the basic conditions of domestic college stadiums and gymnasiums firstly,then discussed and identified the relative concepts of risk management,introduced procedures and methods of risk management.About the research object—Dalian Institute of Technology' s Stadium,this study made detailed investigation and research from the perspectives of facilities and equipments,employees, and management.Based on them,the study made further identification and evaluation of the potential risks for different times of physical education,daily operation and events holding,and gave risk management advices form the following aspects:1.facilities' risk management; 2.entrance' s risk management;3.employees' risk management; 4.tickets' selling risk management;5.emergency operation on illness and injury;6.emergency operation on accident;7.emergency operation on disaster;8.emergency operation on riot;9.communication and coordination with functional departments within and out campus.In conclusion,college' s stadiums and gymnasiums should increase the awareness and capacity of risk management.Combine the common theory of risk management and practices together,develop a series of risk management plan suit to their own conditions.Pay attention to update and develop the risk management plans.
