In the background of educational democratization, educational legalization and higher education popularization, higher education for the disabled people will meet its golden age of development, there are more disabled students in higher education. For meeting the trend of disabled college students are increasing year by year, and they can exert their own possibility and become a helpful people, college must provide support services for students on basis of their needs. On the effect of human rights and service concept, achievement and quality of service is more and more concerned. The current study on it in China have not be mature, so this study, taking postsecondary students with visual impairment for instance, investigates the needs and satisfaction of students with visual impairment in special education college of Changchun university and special education college of Beijing Union university with self-made questionnaire. This study discusses and analyzes the degree and features of needs and satisfaction. Some suggestions are proposed based on the study results. The results show that:①school-wide support services of postsecondary students with visual impairment includes: barrier-free environment, learning and examination, career planning and development, adaptation and health;②needs level of school-wide support services for postsecondary students with visual impairment is above middle;③satisfaction degree of school-wide support services for postsecondary students with visual impairment is under-intermediate level;④needs degree of the students with visual impairment seriously is high and satisfaction degree is low;⑤The significant differences exist in the degree of needs and satisfaction on different grade; needs degree of the juniors is the highest and satisfaction degree is the lowest;⑥needs degree of students who in special schools is higher than in regular schools, but there is no significant difference in satisfaction degree.
