Researching and developing School-based Curriculum can provide some possibilities that develops a school's particular,improves most of teachers'curriculum ability and professcial constitution.School-based Curriculum was emphasize on students'knowledge. The purpose of School-based Curriculum Development was to cultivate the individuality and characteristic.The School-based Curriculum emphasize on the uniqueness and diversity of student,teacher, school and community. As the contents of P.E School-based Curriculum Development, country traditional sports progect can look after the students'interest,trains the student to adapt the development of rural area's social productive and life style, comprehensively improves the diathesis. At the same time, it was also helpful to comprehensive and harmonious development of student's individuality. Teacher was the principal part in School-based Curriculum development and own the priority of curriculum reform. The School-based Curriculum not only promote the standards of curriculum consciousness and professional diathesis but also provide more space for the professional development of P.E teacher,so it was helpful to the improvement of P.E teacher.In my article,we made the curriculum theory as guide,made the foreign and civil school-based currieulum development research as base.In this researeh several general social investigation methods have been adopted,which include secondary research,questionnaire investigation,test study. Based on a fair of HeiLongJiang province rural middle school physical education,several important results can be concluded in this research as the bellows:l,P.E curriculum reform in the past five years or so has made tremendous achievements,the"curriculum standards"related concepts,for the spirit of P.E teachers known.2,P.E school-based currieulum development was the basic concept known P.E teachers.But the actual P.E school- based curriculum development situation is not ideal,Fewer schools have been in the P.E school-based cuurriculum development.3,The impact of school-based physical education curriculum developed by many factors,but the majority concentrated in a short period of tim can not be changed, the objective faetors,this will to some extent increase the physical education teachers in curriculum development inert.
