The Study Of Building The Harmonious Corporate Culture In University Logistics

The reform of Socialization of logistics brings out the University Logistics Group in our country's colleges.Logistics Group promotes the development of higher education.If the logistics Group wants to develop healthy and stable,the construction of its corporate culture should get more attention,how to create a harmonious corporate culture with its own characteristics,and also suited with the college environment is an important issue to the logistics enterprise.In this paper,we get the importance of a harmonious corporate culture with the result of the meaning of the status quo and logistics.With the study of Maritime university's Logistics Group,we get the way to build a harmonious corporate culture.By combing the existing literature,the writer finds the bottlenecks of current corporate culture-building in college logistic.On the one hand,the quantity of research for building of enterprise culture is relatively small.On the other hand,the existing research mostly remain in the purely theoretical level,it is not obvious useful to the reality of the ongoing building of enterprise culture in logistics.At present,there are still some errors in the building of enterprise culture in logistics,because of these reasons,this study analyzes,characteristics,content,and the status quo of college logistic harmonious enterprise culture as well as the need for the building of enterprise culture with the use of literature and case analysis.We also combine the construction of enterprise culture in Dalian Maritime university and get some suggestions from it. The building of a harmonious corporate culture in logistics needs for perfection and improvement of long-term,also requires a long period of continuous innovation and a bold attempt at the same time.As long as we take building efficient and harmonious logistics enterprise as the goal,design plans and corporate culture construction planning well,we will be able to improve the overall quality of staff,Stimulate enthusiasm for the work of the staff and the spirit of innovation,develop and expand our logistics enterprise,provide the better logistical support for the majority of teachers and students.At last,our logistic group will be forever young and active.
