| Classroom teaching evaluation has a guiding,encouraging,and appraising function.A study of classroom teaching evaluation,exploring which criteria are suitable for guiding education and teaching,is advantageous to the students' all-round development and the teachers' professional development,and at the same time,to promoting the quality of education and teaching.As a long-term organizational form of teaching and research activities,Chinese open classes play an important leading role in the whole Chinese teachers' classroom teaching practices.However,on the background of the new course reform,both the organization and evaluation of Chinese open classes are still in a state of chaos with unknown destination.In order to end this state as early as possible,and lead Chinese open classes to a scientific road for exerting its inherent value and function, the appeal of this dissertation is persuading the majority of the scholars to build an objective,fair and scientific standard for teaching evaluation of Chinese open classes as quickly as possible.Based on the background of the new course reform,and according to new course standard of Chinese class teaching evaluation in regular senior high school,we widely consult the classroom teaching evaluation standard from studies at home and abroad,to clearly define the nature and intension of open classes,and to detailedly analyse the problems as well as demerits of current classroom teaching evaluation standard of Chinese open classes. Based on the background of Ecology of Education,Our final purpose is endeavoring to set up a classroom teaching evaluation standard of Chinese open classes with personalities of the subject,the lesson type,and the teacher.This dissertation carries out an investigation of the theoretical basis and constructs principles of the evaluation standard,and then examines its operability to provide guidance for teaching practices and thoughts. Since the research of classroom teaching evaluation standard of Chinese open classes is a complex issue,it is also necessary for us to keep exploring and summarizing during the process of teaching pratices. |
