The promulgation and implementation of the Educational Program Reform in Primary and Second Schools(in Experiment) indicates the development of the new curriculum reform.The curriculum reform which includes all the aspects of the school curriculum,such as the complete adjustment of the objectives,content,implement, evaluation and administration,is regarded as a reform with new ideas,extensive influential areas,and the stronger implementation force.Especially in the senior school, the new curriculum reform sets up a new orientation,which emphasizes the foundation of the senior school education,and points out that the goal of senior school education is to provide the fundamental education for the masses,as well as to improve the people's quality on the basis of nine-year compulsory education.The senior school should provide the foundation for the students' lifelong education.The new senior school curriculum makes new objectives,and it requires the senior school to help the students to form the correct view of world,life and value,and to pay attention to the students' full scale development.It ordains clearly in the Standard of English Curriculum in Senior School that the English course is a main course in senior school.Through learning the foreign language, the students can profit in intelligence,emotion,attitude and values,and improve the integrated humanistic quality.On the other hand,mastering an international language can provide advantages for learning the advanced culture,science,technology as well as international communication.So,we can find that,the senior school English curriculum does not only pays attention to the students' cognition development,but also to the cultivation of the student' emotion,attitude and values.But,reflected on the English teaching practices in senior school,it is easy to find that the attachment of importance to cognition and the neglecting of the affectivity.This causes the ineffectiveness of the improvement of the language learning,as well as the students' full scale development. At the same time,this phenomenon is not asymmetric with the expectation of the curriculum reform,contradicts the curriculum ideas and blocks the implementation and advancement of the new curriculum reform.Such questions make the "The Research on Realization Strategies of the Emotion Attitude and Values Curriculum Objectives in Senior School English Teaching" more important.This paper focuses on two points:firstly,how to develop the healthy emotion, positive attitude and proper values of senior school students,in order to make them achieve the complete progress;secondly,how to exert the positive action of the emotion attitude and values in the process of English learning to improve the results of language learning.Having abundant connotations and advanced ideas,in the course of senior school English,the curriculum objectives of emotion attitude and values featured as:the education core of the human's full scale development,the language view of the integration of tool and humane qualities,the language teaching view of improving the teaching by emotion and the language learning view of improving the cognition by emotion.With the reflection of reality in senior school English class,the asymmetric understanding and the practice,the scarcity of the guidance on theories and practices, and the particularity of the education in senior school are all the blocks in the realization of emotion attitude and values.Firstly,special principles must be followed in order to achieve the effective implement on the emotion attitude and values curriculum objectives,such as making the curriculum an integrated,systematic and maneuverable one.Secondly,the support from inside and outside of school plays an important part in the realization of the emotion attitude and values curriculum objectives in senior school English.Thirdly,the adaptation of the teaching content,the diversification of the teaching organization,the situation of the teaching environment and the rationalization of the teaching evaluation are important strategies in the teaching process.
