In recent years,as China senior education in a popular style,colleges expand their recruitment scale,charge for senior education is rising yearly which induce worse environment that the students from poor family undergoing.It badly affects their normal life and study,and that induce more and more family and society issues which restrict Chinese senior education and fundamental educational project development.Our government has built up a set of complete support system for poor students in colleges and universities.It is consisted of support policies,national scholarship policy,national loan policy for schooling,jobs for schooling policy, subsidy for extraordinary difficulties policy,tuition lightening and exempting policy and green passage policy.At the same time,the state subsidy for the students from poor family has been strengthened,so the problems of this group of people are attracting great concern of various social fields,and are becoming a new issue for the university and the government to face and solve.Among them,the qualification of poor students is the basic work for poor student-financing work,and also an important concern in implementing the concept of humanism.However,viewing for a long term practice,the qualification of the students from poor family has lacked scientific strict and effective measures.Therefore,the analysis of effective qualification of poor students is an important aspect in student-financing work and system.At present,the way to cognize the college students in poor family mainly by headmaster or counselor to judgment subjectively in accordance with some information.It's lack of standardized criteria and workflow.It also costs highly and violates privacy of poor students and so on in practice.It is not reasonably to ensure that the state-funded policies and measures for higher education to implement.In this thesis,it adopt system analysis methods to found the problems that exist in the qualification of the students from poor family,and on the basis of this,it builds the indicator system.It also uses the modern multi-indicator evaluation theory and method to identify the students with poor families scientifically.First of all,this thesis summarizes the current status of the identification for poor students,and then analyzes the main problems in the present work.Secondly,the thesis proposes to use the modern multi-indicator evaluation theories and methods to solve problems.In order to achieve this,it builds the evaluated system,and determines the weights of each indicator by appropriate ways,using the relevant method of evaluation to do the non-dimensional indicators of treatment.Finally,it chooses appropriate evaluation methods- fuzzy gray evaluation method to create and solve the comprehensive evaluation model.Furthermore,it applies the model to an example to calculate,and attain the final conclusions of the comprehensive evaluation. It shows that the method proposed in this thesis is feasible and reasonable.
