For studying the impact of PE teaching model on the first-year female college student's self-efficacy, the physical education learning abilities and learning achievement. Both at home and abroad in the analysis of relationship about the teaching model and self-efficacy, the physical education learning abilities, learning achievement. Many methods have been employed to probe into this research, such as literature review, questionnaire, experimentation, mathematical statistics.Selects two classes of tourism and cuisine institute in Yangzhou University which elective aerobic courses as object. Among them,38 persons in the experimental class while 35 persons in the controlling class;The experimental class adopted the self-regulated learning under teacher's guidance and the controlling class used the traditional teaching method, they were carried on 16 week-long experiments, 2 classes once a week. From the differences in the change of the physical education learning abilities, self-efficacy and mastering of aerobics skills between the experimental class and the controlling class, it is demonstrated that application of self-regulated learning in aerobic lesson can promote Female Undergraduates'physical education learning abilities and self-efficacy, help the mastering of aerobics skills. The methods of literature data, questionnaire, and mathematical statistics are used in the study. The research findings indicated that:1, After self-regulated learning, the experimental class have remarkable enhancement compared to the controlling class's self-efficacy.2, Before the experiment mid and late, the experimental class's physical education learning abilities have the significance enhancement. Among them, the practice ability, Self-cognition, Self-auditing capability and problem-solving ability all have remarkable enhancement. However, there is only a certain enhancement of thinking capability in controlling class, and other dimensions have no significant difference.3, After experiment experimental class compared to controlling class's aerobic score remarkable enhancement.
