Considering that the teachers' job evaluation plays an important role in developing personal qualities of a teacher and furthering the schooling as well, this thesis is mainly focused on the study on how to assess a teacher comprehensively, scientifically and developmentally. The thesis starts with the analysis of the phenomenon that the schools at home, either elementary or higher, are carrying out the evaluating work on teachers' performance in ethics, competence, diligence and achievements. Then, it comes to probe into the teachers'job evaluation in our country by comparing it with that of those foreign countries where their schooling is highly developed; meanwhile, it reviews the performance of the teachers' job evaluation according to Multiple Intelligence Theory (by Howard Gardner) so that its significance and pursuit of value can be reflected in its wider perspective, and it also discusses the principles and ways to evaluate a teacher properly, with the attempt to provide the teachers' job evaluation in the educational reform with some cases in reference. What's more, this thesis, during the probing process, attaches great importance to comparing the teachers' job evaluation between China and foreign and performing the developmental principle of the reform of the new curriculum as well. The whole research is based on the performance of the teachers' job evaluation of Changping Senior High School of Dongguan City. In the thesis, the school's achievements of the current stage are fully exemplified and further analyzed through action research, as the result of which the system of the school teachers' job evaluation comes into being in the end, and then the system is computerized, which helps make the teachers' job evaluation more scientific, impartial and practical.
