Based Network Environment, The Development Of Teacher Evaluation System Of Research And Development

This article mainly discussed teachers' evaluation system.In some schools,the process of evaluation system failed to follow the process of the new curriculum reform,the evaluator evaluated teachers still use traditional methods and standards, over-emphasize the screening and selection,which had an effect on the enthusiasm of teachers.Teachers are tired of their career.Having analyzed the existing problems, brought in advanced concept of assessment of teachers at home and abroad,we promote professional development of teachers based on web evaluation system to improve teacher evaluation criteria,help new teachers to attend the curriculum,break through old-fashioned rewards and punishments of teaching evaluation methods, release the impact of teacher professional development bottlenecks and thus carry on the development of teachers.At last,the school will promote the teaching quality and improving efficiency.Based on this,this article uses a simple convenient database technology ASP + ACCESS to develop the formation of a Web-based teacher development and evaluation of the network platform,meanwhile try the platform.It also will focus on the network in the context of the teacher evaluation platform to find more scientific ways to conduct a teacher evaluation,information collection,evaluation of the platform adopted by the platform and introduce the design and implementation in detail.To sum up,this article is to research teachers' evaluation system based on a webbased environment for the development of the professional development.The adoption of the development of online teacher evaluation system will not only enable the teachers to teach in a timely manner prior to clear but to make clear how teachers teach,and why we should teach;to allow teachers to fully understand the community,schools,parents of students expect them to determine their own development goals,in order to further provide them with training and selfdevelopment opportunity to improve their competence,the new senior secondary curriculum to ensure the smooth progress of reform.
