| Classroom management is the basic condition for the teaching activity and an important guarantee for the smooth implementation of classroom activity, determining the quality of classroom teaching so as to influence on the developing speed and level of students. Therefore, it needs a fine new idea to study the effective classroom management.Combining with the methods of documentation, questionnaire, interviews and observation, the author finds out that some teachers have the undue behaviors in classroom management in varying degrees, mainly manifesting in the following aspects: the students not being fully attracted by the teacher's teaching design; bad classroom organizing capacity; inappropriate management behavior; the teacher being devoid of the spirit of self-criticism; absence of the interactions between teacher and students and the tense relationship between teacher and students etc. The reasons for these problems are: the intelligence level and professional accomplishment of teachers and the leadership style and managerial skill of teachers; the weariness degree of students, frustration and pressure of students, students'seeking for attention in class, students'escaping from unpleasant state or activity and the uneven development of students'cognitive ability; as well as the environmental and social factors and so on. For the purpose of solving these problems effectively, the author puts forward four strategies as below: prevention and control; harmonious communication;motivation stimulating and behavior rectifying.This paper offers practical value for reference in improving the teachers'level of classroom management, forming their unique and effective style of classroom management and promoting the new course reform. |
