| In recent years, Internet technique which has pervasion in varies realm of social life, drive the civilization to a new course. People enjoy convenient and pleasure which brings, at the same time, endure puzzle, disharmony, even pain. Internet Addiction Disorder (IAD), also known as Pathological Internet Use (PIU), has become one of the major topics in the research of psychology in foreign countries. Lately, the studies about the internet addiction disorder mainly concentrate on the qualitative description and theoretical exploration, but lacking experimental demonstration and intervention. From the aspect of Outward Bound, this thesis discusses a physical intervention to the junior middle school students with internet addiction disorder, and provides an economy, healthy and convenient method for preventing and curing the"Internet Addiction Disorder".By using questionnaires and experimental study(the self-made Basic Information Questionnaire, Guo Ying's Internet Addiction Test Questionnaire and Wang Jisheng's Mental Health Quantity),selecting 694 junior high school students as questionnaire subjects, confirm 47 students which have been distinguished. Then select 36 students as experimental subjects. Afterwards, use different intervention strategies to intervene subjects in 8 weeks.In this research, we have got those following findings:1.Common physical exercise produces an effect on Addicted Internet Users, but the efforts are not notability.2.Outward bound produces an all right effect on Addicted Internet Users.3.Outward bound produces a not notability effect on severity Addicted Internet Users. To prevent and cure adolescent IAD is a systematic social project, which need all round work hard. In information times, it is an urgent and heavy task to enhance the study on adolescent IAD. This is very important means for safeguarding adolescent's mental and physical health.Finally, depend on investigation result's summary, put forward several prevent advices which in allusion to the trait and impact factor of Young Addicted Internet Users. |
