Research On Integrated Managing System Of High-Level Sports Teams On University

Objective:Based on the management experience of high-level athletes of Wuhan University of Technology,we try to construct a integrated managing system of high-level athletes in university.Methods:By means of literature reading,specialist counseling,symposium,etc,we apply Principles of Management,organization behavior,sports,sociology,etc,based on the investigation and logical reasoning,to make a scientific approach to project management of the high-level athlete in university.Results:qualitative investigation found that there were various problems on the present construction of high-level sports team in university,including students recruiting, school rolling,goal and management,finance,ground and facilities.We investigated the experience of the high-level athlete management of WUT.The scientific,effective incentive mechanism(information feed-back management) and annual,periodical summarization and evaluation system(summarization management) on high-level sports team in university was built.It involves the establishment of the project and the aim(scope management theory),the appropriate manpower resources and the substance-fund investment(expense management),sports team information(record management),the mid-term target examination(quality management),and the practical operation management(communication management) of the high-level sports team.Conclusion:The managing system of the high-level athlete management of WUT was suggested feasible.
