| The sustainable development of competitive sports need a lot of outstanding athletes of the talent,the training of athletes has become increasingly important to show that its role and significance of.Speed skating is one of the major ice sports,the sports of speed skating carried out by environmental and climate impact,my speed mainly carried out in three provinces in Northeast China.Heilongjiang is China's largest province of snow and ice,but also speed the most extensive campaign of the provinces of the highest levels,while the current speed of the movement against the status quo back-up personnel training in specialized areas of research is still rare,and the study area is limited to Jilin provinces,Therefore,in Heilongjiang Province backup speed sports training research and analysis of the status of a certain degree of representativeness,in Heilongjiang Province as well as the national sport of speed skating in the development of a positive role.In view of this,this article from an overall perspective,the use of literature,expert interviews,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,such as scientific research methods,Heilongjiang Province,from speed skating sports the basic status of the reserve talent,speed project reserve scarce human resources factors,the status quo speed skating team coaches,athletes speed training,equipment and competition venues,the speed study and the daily management of athletes,sports back-up training under the five-speed movement analysis to carry out such investigations.The results showed that:1. Heilongjiang Provincial Speed Skating sports uneven distribution of the reserve personnel,lack of reserve personnel should be strengthened in all regions of the speed the exchange of sports teams,speed the development of policy to give more room for the backward areas to the region balanced development.And speed the development of sports and schools need to combine movement speed,especially the basic training phase. 2.The issue of resettlement of retired athletes speed training sports reserve a great effect on the narrow roads and retired athletes,the re-employment difficulties,at the national macro-policy on resettlement of retired athletes continue to improve the policy on the basis of the retired athletes themselves should also be totally dependent on changes in national support the idea of a number of multi-skills training,open up new avenues of employment for the country for their own worries burden.3.Heilongjiang Province,the overall quality of the level of speed skating coaches high speed movement to meet the basic needs of the development of back-up talent,but a general lack of theoretical basis for the deep-seated physiological and biochemical data with the use of indicators,it is proposed to carry out speed skating coaches more than the exchange of training and various sports teams in the competition between the number of exchanges and through the lack of competition to discover the experience gained from,and then a gradual increase in the level of motor skills.4.Heilongjiang Speed Skating sports venues more adequate equipment,and basic training to meet the needs of day-to-day,but the speed of professional sports teams most dependent on imports of equipment for athletes to a certain degree of family economic pressure.Proposed policies on the development of winter sports equipment to the economic support of scientific research to strengthen research,speed skating equipment bid an early farewell to the embarrassing situation of dependence on imports.5.Athletic sports training system is not conducive to speed movement of reserve selection and reserve personnel,should be combined with the characteristics of a market economy,changes in a single system of sports training, focusing on strengthening the "combination of physical education" policy,while increasing the competitive sports schools investment funds,under the auspices of the Government to introduce appropriate social forces to participate in the promotion of sporting events and sports rights management.
