| With the development of the world, people give more and more attention to the cooperation and communication among teachers. Especially since the curriculum reform hava carried out, the voice that call for teacher' s collaboration and change the teachers' work style are louder. Therefore, the paper takes the teacher' s collaboration during the elementary education as the research object, promotes the ability of teacher' s collaboration as the basic starting point, and focuses on studying the collaborative relationship and collaborative process among teachers.Modern information technology based on multimedia computer and networks brings unlimited vitality and challenges to our instruction and teaching. It also offers favorable factors to the reformation of the instruction. With the continuous development of social informationization, Information technology environment provided a better technical foundation and a better supporting environment. Computer network environment greatly expanded the scope of collaboration among teachers, and greatly reduced the needs of the non-energy expenditure. Cooperation is one of the new curriculum reform ideas. It not only requires students to have the sense of cooperation, but also puts forward the same request to the teachers. The research is based on the teamwork and cooperation theory. Through literature study, investigation study, case research, comparison research and so on, the research summarized the results of the education reform, found out the existent problem, analysed the reasons of these problems and proposed the solutions to the problems. According to the characteristics and needs of the course integration, the paper have analysed the necessity and feasibility on carrying out cooperation among teachers, and focused on the cooperation relationship and the cooperation process. Based on the teaching practice, the article analyzed and summarized the cooperation behavior among teachers.
