| With the development of the activity to excavate the martial art, a lot of Single Event Fist Seminars(SEFS) have sprung up everywhere among the people consecutively.The SEFS developed so quickly after the establishment of the Eight Diagrams Fist Seminar which belongs to the Beijing Martial Arts Association.By far,there are 49 Single Event Fist Organizations(SEFO),comprising 28 SEFS and 11 Single Event Fist Corporations(SEFC).To be the host of 2008 Olympiad will inspire the national fervency to participate in sports activities actively,and stimulate the upsurge of the masse sports surely.As the Chinese traditional sports,How to perfect the SEFS which are the important channel to spread abroad the "martial art" in the developing process,and playing an important role in actualizing the nationwide body-building plan have been the core to its development.Starting with the background,effect and function etc of the Beijing SEFS establishment,using the statistics and investigation methods such as literature,questionnaire and experts,this research have investigated the developing status of some SEFS,and have analyzed the existing malpractices and some factors that restricting the SEFS' s development.Our conclusions are as follows:1.Based on the constitution and the activity of the Fist Seminars,we know that the SEFS have played an active role in developing the fist, spreading the traditional culture,pushing the practice of the nationwide body-building plan and maintaining the social stability.2.The SEFS were restricted badly because of the lag behind concept to appropriate found by government,the deficiency of self payoff which depended on the tax as its mainly pocketbook. 3.The development of the SEFS was badly influenced by the loose organization,the morbidity of interior management and the inadequate support by government management system and its charge department.4.The activity of the SEFS was not as the fist development as its core because of the inadequate external propagandism,the irrationality of the fist activity content,the traditional concept and lagging feudal consciousness,which have played an infinite negative effect on its development.5.There are some important reasons influenced the development of the SEFS:the down of the whole body diathesis under the impingement of the modern sports of the single event fist practicer;the gradually weakening of the fist technical systems because of the passing style and the competitive rules restriction;the deficiency of the fist theory system result in the lost attraction and rivalrousness of the fist with a bare outline facing the outside. |
